Manufacturing Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team in a high-volume automotive production environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, effectively interfacing with employees at all levels of the plant.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organizational efficiency.
• Support and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing practices.
• Build strong business relationships with plant leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as required.
• Work in hot/cold environments and around heavy manufacturing equipment.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (safety glasses, earplugs, steel-toed shoes, etc.).
• Stand or walk for long periods; frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Work in confined spaces and climb ladders, stairs, or man lifts as necessary.

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in a technical field strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in a unionized environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees.
• Goal-oriented self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Google Suite.
• Experience with continuous improvement systems and lean manufacturing principles.
