Your daily work In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by: Collaborating with clients on industry standards and leading practices in both HCM and Compensation domains. Hosting workshops and leading discussions on HCM and Compensation functionalities. Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress. Leading diverse teams through implementation and exceeding client expectations. Supporting innovation through new industry-leading methods and assets. Who you are You bring: Experience leading multiple End-to-End Workday HCM and Compensation implementation projects. Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Compensation / Advanced Compensation or relevant platforms. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and fluency in English. Set yourself apart: Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM and Compensation workstreams.
