***vein harvesting is required*** 
Must have 2 to 3 years CV FA experience - Open Heart and Vascular experience.
Must to be able to endoscopic vein harvesting.

Cardiac - CABG, AVR, MVR, Pericardial window, Aortic dissections, congenital peds, etc

· Vascular – Fem pop, AAA, AV Fistula, etc

Must have CVOR, Peds CVOR and Cardiac Experience

Hourly Pay Rate
W2 Pay Rate RT (Regular Time) $48.00
W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time) $72.00

Weekly Pay Package (Taxable + Nontaxable)
> W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs) $1,920.00
> Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem $1,484.00
Total Weekly Gross Pay Package $3,404.00
