Key Responsibilities:
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for providing general support to the client which includes:
- Monitoring inbound customer support requests via Slack, Salesforce and other channels
- Triaging inbound customer support requests and resolving Salesforce administrator-related requests.
- Creating and assigning tickets to the developer queue for requests requiring developer support.
- Collaborating with business/requestors to gather necessary information to triage and resolve requests
- Develop and implement quality assurance and SF strategies to enhance project performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met Analyze and report on quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Lead training sessions on quality assurance best practices
- Contribute to the development of SF Admin policies and procedures
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of work experience
- A minimum of 3 years of Salesforce Industries Administration Development
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's or Associate's degree
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
