What We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician / Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to work with a company that values honesty, quality, and craftsmanship , not just sales numbers.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (A/Cs, furnaces, heat pumps, etc.)
  • Perform high-quality equipment installations according to code
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
  • Accurately document work performed
  • Maintain a clean, professional work environment
  • Participate in an on-call rotation (light schedule)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred (will consider less for the right person)
  • Valid EPA certification
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented

On the road / field-based (mostly residential)

Pay: $28.56 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
