Shift: Monday to Friday- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they sign in and are directed or escorted as needed.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage the Executive team’s shared calendar—schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain the front desk area and lobby, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and representative of our company’s brand.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries; coordinate outgoing shipments.
• Provide administrative support to the Executive team, including document preparation, meeting setup, and occasional travel coordination.
• Maintain the building access logs, visitor lists, and follow appropriate check-in protocols.
• Monitor and restock office supplies and café amenities.
• Serve as a point of contact for facility or office service-related needs tied to front office operations.
• Assist with company events, meetings, and special projects as requested.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of front desk or administrative support experience, ideally in a corporate or executive environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams; experience with calendar management is a must.
• Professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and high emotional intelligence.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with discretion and confidentiality.
• Customer-service mindset with a can-do attitude and a polished appearance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
