Allstar Management, a premier property management company, is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to fill the gap in our maintenance operations, lead our team, and implement solutions that improve workflow and performance.

As the Project Manager, you will lead a team, manage escalations, and ensure smooth daily operations. With the autonomy to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and make strategic decisions, you will play a key role in enhancing productivity and service delivery.

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of addressing maintenance challenges and proactively devise effective solutions.
  • Streamline workflows to boost efficiency within the maintenance department.
  • Establish and enhance standard operating procedures to elevate productivity levels.
  • Monitor and adjust strategies based on key performance indicators.
  • Serve as the primary contact for tenants, investors, and ownership to swiftly resolve issues.
  • Supervise a team of three, ensuring their accountability and productivity through regular meetings.
  • Provide guidance and training to new team members on systems, procedures, and company standards.
  • Foster company culture and introduce initiatives to improve employee retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments on reporting and operational support needs.
  • Conduct structured weekly staff meetings and ensure compliance with set agendas.
  • Identify and address issues with long-term solutions to prevent recurring problems.
  • Drive company-wide initiatives while ensuring seamless coordination among internal and external teams.
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position, with a preference for a property management background.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading and developing teams effectively.
  • Skilled in managing escalations and making strategic decisions confidently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at negotiation.
  • Highly organized with a keen focus on improving processes and efficiency.
  • Proficient in property management software and general business tools.
  • Experience with Appfolio is advantageous, though not mandatory.
