We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor 3rd Shift to join our team.

This role is responsible for leading a group of 10–15 mechanics and electricians, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operations across our facility. If you’re a hands-on leader with a strong background in electrical or maintenance operations, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff in a fast-paced plant environment
• Oversee daily maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Manage scheduling, documentation, and reporting requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Education : Prefer Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET), BSEE, or Electrical Journeyman certification
• Experience : 3–5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance-related activities
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations in an industrial/plant setting
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents (QCL’s, MSDS sheets, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving, reasoning, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment (frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, etc.)

Work Environment

• Majority of time spent on the plant floor, with 10–15% in office completing paperwork/scheduling
• Loud, hot, and dusty environment — hearing protection required
• Hands-on, active role in a team-oriented setting
