Job Title: Junior Accountant / Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Clark, NJ Onsite

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant or Accounts Payable Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates with a degree in Accounting and early career experience (internships or entry-level roles) who are looking to gain hands-on experience and grow into a long-term position.

You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts payable operations, with an emphasis on invoice processing, vendor payments, and ERP system usage. The role also offers the opportunity to be part of a major system transition from Microsoft Navision to Business Central .

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process vendor invoices and ensure timely payment
• Assist with vendor setup, inquiries, and issue resolution
• Prepare remittance details and support payment runs
• Maintain detailed and organized records for accounts payable
• Contribute to month-end close activities related to AP
• Support data migration and process updates during ERP transition

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• Internship or 0–2 years of relevant experience in AP or general accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filtering, basic formulas, data entry)
• Experience with Microsoft Navision or Business Central is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
