Well established and dynamic Independent RIA seeks a Director of Wealth Management with a passion for leadership to inspire the team of Wealth Advisors and spearhead strategic growth initiatives.

The Opportunity

• Coach, mentor, and collaborate with a team of high-performing Wealth Advisors to ensure the optimal client experience
• Advance growth initiatives throughout the firm including talent acquisition, tuck-in advisors, and business development to lead the firm to the next level of performance
• Extensive collaboration with the Executive Committee and Operations Team

Requirements

• 5+ years of wealth management leadership
• Prior experience as a Wealth Advisor a plus
