We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to carpentry and labor work. Most of our work includes residential remodeling; Bathrooms, Basements ect. and cabinet/millwork installations for both residential and commercial. If you don't think you meet these requirements, we still encourage you to apply. Motivation to learn, and gain knowledge is more important than knowing everything.

Responsibilities:

• Perform flooring installation, including measuring, cutting, and fitting materials.
  Assemble and install fixtures such as cabinets, shelves, and countertops.
• Work on drywall installation and finishing.
• Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans accurately.
• Engage in heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment.
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively.
  Install trim precisely and efficiently
• Climbing ladder to perform carpentry (interior & exterior)
  • Minor Roof/Skylight Repairs
  • Window Installation
  • Exterior Carpentry
  • Clapboard
  • Shingles
  • Decks
  • Soffit

Requirements:

- Knowledge in flooring installation techniques.
- Ability to work independently on given tasks as needed
- Knowledge of tile installation
- Familiarity with installation of cabinetry and counters.
- Knowledge of drywall installation and finishing processes.
- Competency in reading and understanding blueprints.
- Capable of handling heavy lifting tasks safely.
- Proficient in using a variety of power tools effectively.
- Understanding safe work practices
- Experience in door hanging with precision.
