Key Responsibilities:
· Assist the attorney in managing bodily injury claims from intake through settlement or litigation
· Draft and prepare documents, demand letters, and correspondence
· Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel
· Request and organize medical records and bills
· Maintain and update case files in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
· Prior experience in personal injury or bodily injury law required
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
