- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
- Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
- Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.
- Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing medical education and training.
- Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.

*Overview*
- CHI Health and Medical Group Enterprise* is seeking a BE/BC *Endocrinology Physician* to join our multi-practice healthcare system in Lincoln, NE. This great opportunity is well suited for an outpatient endocrinologist that thrives in a fast paced environment with passion to deliver quality patient care to adults.
Qualifications - American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Specified Area of Medical Specialty
- A valid and unrestricted state medical license or license-eligible
You Can Expect - Outpatient Practice
- 4 or 4.5 day work week (36 patient hours a week)
- Outpatient Call Shared Equally Between Providers (Currently 1:5)
- EPIC EMR
- Join Established Team of 2 Physicians and 3 APP's
- Full Clinical Support Staff with Two Diabetic Educators (CDE) On-Site; Including Dietician
- Well Respected Clinic in the Physician Community & High Patient Satisfaction
