Now, we’re looking for a visionary Culinary Director to take our menu innovation to the next level and help us scale with consistency and creativity.

The Role

As Culinary Director, you’ll be the driving force behind our culinary identity. Reporting directly to the owner, you will:

• Develop innovative recipes and a Master Recipe Bible for use across all current and future franchise locations.
• Ensure brand consistency and culinary excellence across multiple units.
• Lead R&D for scalable, cost-effective menu development, leveraging whole-food ingredients.
• Create detailed SOPs to standardize preparation and execution across kitchens.
• Conduct tastings, train staff, and iterate based on real-world feedback.
• Collaborate closely with operations to ensure menus are profitable, operationally efficient, and aligned with the brand vision.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of culinary leadership, preferably in plant-based or health-forward brands.
• Proven experience working with whole-food ingredients (not just processed alternatives).
• Strong track record in recipe development, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Experience creating systems and SOPs for multi-unit execution.
• Comfortable leading tastings, providing staff training, and adapting menus as needed.
• Bonus: Franchise or multi-unit experience.
