JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative

Summary
Portobello America is looking for a Manufacturing Customer Service Representative with a positive attitude to join our dynamic team! As our customers' first point of contact, you will play an integral role in ensuring our customers have a wonderful experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Work closely with the sales team to ensure the order management process runs smoothly and efficiently.
● Order entry and order follow up in Oracle system.
● Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone, emails, and live chat.
● Respond to customer queries in a fast-paced team environment.
● Creatively find innovative solutions to meet goals and take the company forward.
● Manage order lifecycle from receipt through shipment.
● Thoroughly and appropriately follow up on all orders, shipments and products.
● Ensure the shipping dates are set and deadlines are met, providing detailed updates and tracking information.
● Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
● Perform other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education is preferred.
● A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service in manufacturing or related fields.
● Excellent written and oral communication skills.
● Strong work ethic and follow-up.
● Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
● Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Computer skills to include Excel, Word, and other Mac and/or Windows Applications.
● Experience in Oracle System preferred.
● Prior experience in Customer Service and/or Sales in a Manufacturing setting
● preferred.
