Licensed Special Education Teacher Full time Opening with HealthPro Pediatrics! Come join us for the new School Year! This position is onsite, in person only. 

• School Years Dates: 8/12/2025 - 11/12/2025
  
• Weekly average hours: 37.5
• W2 - Full Benefits - PTO -  Option for Salary or Hourly pay
• Grades: 1-3, with caseload of 12-13 students
• Needs SPED certification from any state; will be doing mostly push-out sessions with 1st-3rd grade
• Filling in for a maternity leave therefore the end date may vary depending on availability

Grades/population: 1st-3rd
· Caseload Average: 12-13 students
· Special Needs List below: needs experience in SPED; needs SPED certification from any state; will be doing mostly push-out sessions with 1st-3rd grade' this school is a Montessori school; supportive Principal and Vice Principal; this is filling a maternity leave therefore the end date may vary depending on availability
· Average turn around time with school communication if known: 3 days
School hours ar 8am to 4pm
30 minute unpaid lunch break
1 hour daily planning period

• Consult and collaborate with School staff and families in regards to students’ educational deficits
• Conduct initial screenings as well as comprehensive evaluations Participate in the IEP process in developing present levels of performance, goals and objectives, and treatment recommendations for students qualifying for Special Education services
• Provide Special Education sessions through the use of current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP
• Maintain all documentation required by the district including, but not limited to, notes, monthly summaries, and annual IEP’s
